This accredited clinical education will benefit any Health Professionals working with mums and bubs from pre-conception, pregnancy & maternity care to early childhood and beyond. The microbiome is crucial at all stages as it influences everything from conception, through pregnancy, birth, & feeding outcomes, to infancy and origins of lifetime disease. The research into the microbiome in this foundation stage (the first 1000 days) is dynamic, and the body of evidence is growing daily. Clinical applications of probiotics to improve fertility, pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and digestive, metabolic & immune health is a promising new frontier of medicine. There are many benefits Health Professionals can provide by being up to date with the current clinical education & research.
